Home shopping on Black Friday and this holiday season!

The majority of people tend to stand in line at retailers hoping to score big deals on electronics and other merchandise, but why not consider applying for a new home loan or refinancing your current one?

“If getting into a new home is on your holiday wishlist, it’s not too late. Give us a call at Aksarben Mortgage. We can usually close most loans within two-three weeks and get you into that new house for the holidays,” Aksarben Mortgage Co-Owner and Mortgage Loan Advisor Nick Zwiebel said.

Zwiebel said it’s a fairly fast and easy process despite misconceptions about how it all works.

“One of the biggest things I hear when it comes to applying for a home loan is how stressful it is and how fearful everyone is because they think it’s going to be a lot of hard work and it’s going to take a lot of time, or it will require you to take time off work,” Zwiebel said.

“But I’m here to tell you that it’s not hard at all. You can apply online and submitting some of the documents needed is very minimal.”

Zwiebel recommends the “Rule of Two.”

“Most recent two paystubs, two months of bank statements, two years of tax returns and two years of W-2s,” he said. “Very simple and can all be taken care of in literally 5-10 minutes from the comfort of your own home.”

Those with questions are encouraged to contact Zwiebel and the Aksarben Mortgage team to help them get started.
