Aksarben invites real estate professionals to important ‘Lunch and Learn’ Oct. 5th

The Federal Reserve's series of interest rate hikes this year has thrown ice cold water on the once red-hot housing market and is causing much speculation, but Aksarben Mortgage is aiming to help real estate professionals make sense of it all.

From 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5th, the company will host a “Lunch and Learn” at its Omaha office, 17838 Burke St., Suite 102.

“Education on the current market and strategy around that is crucial right now. It is time to take advantage of opportunities as buyers can now find deals,” said John Major, Aksarben Mortgage Co-Owner and Lead Mortgage advisor.

“The clock is ticking as rates will most likely continue to rise. Waiting around can be costly.”

Helping homebuyers experience “their Good life” with Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo and USDA loans, Aksarben Mortgage takes pride in providing integrity, transparency and educational guidance throughout the home-buying process.

Major said he’s hoping those from throughout the real estate industry will sign-up to be part of the discussion and learn more about how Aksarben Mortgage can help their clients in many ways.

“Most lenders are order-takers and now high value, advice and guidance is front and center,” Major said. “That’s what we do: Guide as advisors. It’s not just speed anymore.”

Those who would like to attend in-person are asked to sign-up by sending an email to Mireya@aksarbenmortgage.com by noon on Monday, Oct. 3rd. Qdoba will be provided.

Those who can’t make it to Omaha but would still like to participate are also invited. Send an email to matt@getvrly.com by noon on Monday, Oct. 3rd, with your intent to attend virtually so Aksarben knows who to expect. You can join via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81132281626.
