Aksarben Mortgage Adds New Employees… And Still Is Hiring!

We’ve got good news and bad news.

First the good news. Business is booming at Aksarben Mortgage. Our doors have only been open a few short months (and just before a pandemic struck!) and already we have expanded our personnel to keep up with the demand in the personalized, professional manner that is our hallmark.

Which brings us to the bad news. We need more employees. This is really good news because we’re hiring!

Aksarben Mortgage is currently seeking an experienced processor to help facilitate the paperwork within the mortgage loan process.

“It is certainly a good problem to have as we grow Aksarben Mortgage’s reach in the community,” says John Major, lead mortgage advisor at Aksarben Mortgage. “Having the right people in the right positions is crucial for optimal efficiency to meet higher capacity.”

An example of “the right people” is Angie Rahmann, mortgage advisor assistant and the newest addition to the Aksarben Mortgage family.

Angie has over 22 years of industry experience, having worked with banks both large and small, credit unions, and broker shops. She was a loan processor for 17 years until she moved into sales as a loan officer assistant.

This wealth of experience means she excels at her job, but it also means she has numerous work environments to compare. And how does Aksarben Mortgage rate?

“Hands down, Aksarben Mortgage is the best.” Angie asserts.

Angie and Nick Zwiebel, president of Aksarben Mortgage, have worked together for over five years, mostly in larger, corporate offices. She calls Nick a “great loan officer who is honest and cares about his customers” and says she loves the “small but mighty” atmosphere at Aksarben Mortgage.

Like most independently run businesses, employees often wear many different hats. Angie is a loan officer, assistant, processor, and closer rolled into one. Good thing she likes to learn new skills and enjoys growing professionally.

A “hard worker who cares about the end result, I am happy to be on this new adventure and excited to see where it takes us,” Angie says.
