Aksarben Mortgage Adds New Employees – The Sequel
Aksarben Mortgage is pleased to introduce Reba Suggs, the newest member of its family. Reba joined the firm the last week of July and is an administrative assistant to John Major, lead mortgage advisor at Aksarben Mortgage.
“Reba fits the GWC model: She Gets it, wants it, and has the Capacity for it,” says John. “We feel that she will be a huge asset, initially as an assistant then in additional capacities as her role evolves with her growth in the company. We are very excited for her!”
“When I met John and Nick [president of Aksarben Mortgage] and saw how motivated and excited they were to work every day, I wanted to be part of the team,” Reba says.
Reba brings 11 years of customer service experience to Aksarben Mortgage, as well as a history of demonstrated dedication. Her industriousness has resulted in multiple employee recognition awards throughout her career.
“I am a strong and effective communicator and proven leader, able to navigate the corporate environment and respond to its demands,” she says.
As is common with many small businesses, Reba will wear numerous hats and perform a variety of tasks: filing paperwork, inputting data and following up with clients, among others. “I love being busy and multitasking,” she says, “so I think I will enjoy relieving any extra work John and Nick need help with to make the days go smoothly and be less stressful for them.”
Reba also welcomes this chance to expand her knowledge of the mortgage industry, saying that the opportunity to learn and be challenged every day was a necessary component of her job search.
“I can’t wait to grow and learn so much in this new career path of mine,” she adds.
