Aksarben adds real estate/mortgage expert Tanya Stephens

The Aksarben Mortgage team has grown yet again with the addition of Commercial Loan Officer Tanya Stephens

“I was looking for a company that allowed the freedom to have that work life balance while maximizing my earning potential,” Stephens said, noting friend and fellow Aksarben Mortgage Advisor Sally Bernard introduced her to company Co-Owner Nick Zwiebel. 

Stephens brings with her more than 13 years of experience in the commercial lending arena, with previous portfolios consisting of commercial real estate, equipment, commercial constructions, C&I, restaurants and ag land. She’s also a licensed realtor.

“The combination of knowledge is an asset to the customers that I serve to help grow their business strategically,” Stephens said. 

“I am highly motivated to see my customers become successful in their business because when they are successful then I am successful.”

Stephens has a Bachelor of Business and a master’s in health care she earned from Bellevue University. She also graduated from Ag School of Banking and Advanced School of Banking as well as Randall School if Real Estate. 

The mortgage and real estate expert has been married for 26 years to her husband, Greg, and they have two adult children. 

Zwiebel said Stephens is a great addition to Aksarben Mortgage, noting she and the rest of the team can answer any questions you may have about mortgage rates, interest rates, loans and more whether you’re a first-time home buyer or seasoned buyer. 

Stephens said people can be assured they’ll receive superior customer service when they contact her and Aksarben Mortgage.
